Is the subscription cancellable at any time?

You can unsubscribe at any time by simply sending an email. You are only committed for the period you have paid for.

Is there a customer service?

Our customer service is available in several languages (French, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and German) by email, phone call, online chat, and also by WhatsApp message.

If I encounter a problem with one of my reservations, what can I do?

Our customer service is available 24/7 to find a solution to your problem.

Can I change my additional users?

Additional users are not interchangeable.

Can I travel with my family and friends?

Yes, you can book up to 5 rooms on a single reservation.

In case I am unable to cancel my trip, can I be refunded?

Each hotel policy is different, and all details are stated in the reservation details.

How does the 150% guarantee work if I find a cheaper hotel elsewhere?

At the bottom of the Travel Advantage homepage, you will find the 150% guarantee form to fill out. It is very simple and will allow you to obtain your refund.

Is there a limited number of reservations per year that I can make?

There is no limit to the number of reservations you can make. Our model is based on making you enjoy the most out of the world.

Can I book in multiple countries?

Yes, we have over 1.5 million hotels available on the platform, across the world.
